JOHANNESBURG, May 17, 2019 - Net1 (Nasdaq: UEPS; JSE: NT1) today announced that the Company will be
attending the following investor conferences:

- On Wednesday, May 22, 2019, Dhruv Chopra, Group Vice President, Investor Relations will be attending the
  Barclays Emerging Payments Forum in New York, NY.

- On Thursday, May 23, 2019, Herman Kotze, Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the B. Riley FBR
  Annual Investor Conference in Beverly Hills, CA. Net1 will provide a live webcast on the audio-only
  presentation beginning at 2:30pm Pacific Time, which will last approximately 25 minutes. The webcast and
