RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND UPDATE ON SHAREHOLDER ANALYSIS DISCLOSURE


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 16 May 2019
(in terms of the notice dispatched on Tuesday, 9 April 2018), all the resolutions tabled thereat, were passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting were as follows:

-   total number of KayDav shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 172 751 585; and
-   total number of KayDav shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 86 668 355,
    being 50.17% of the total number of KayDav shares that could have been voted at the annual general
    meeting.
