DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS, PRESCRIBED OFFICERS AND THE COMPANY
SECRETARY

In accordance with the terms of the JSE’s long-term incentive scheme (“LTIS
2010”), share awards granted in October 2016 (Allocation 7 – Tranche 1)
have vested in the hands of executive committee members of the JSE,
including executive directors, and the Group Company Secretary (the
“Participants”).

On instruction of the named Participants below, the JSE LTIS 2010 Trust
sold 48 176 of these vested ordinary shares (“LTIS 2010 shares”) in the
open market at a volume-weighted average price of R139.5625 per ordinary
share with a total transaction value of R6 723 563.
