Shareholders are advised that EPP's integrated report, incorporating the audited financial statements for the year
ended 31 December 2018 (on which the auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion), is available on the
company's website https://www.epp-poland.com/s,128,annual-reports.html, and contains no changes from the
summarised consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 released on SENS and
published on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange ("LuxSE") website on 7 March 2019.
Shareholders are further advised that a notice in respect of the company's annual general meeting, which will be
held at 15:00 am Central European Time ("CET") on Tuesday, 11 June 2019 at Tribes at Gustav Mahlerplein 28,
1082 MA Amsterdam, The Netherlands (the "AGM"), has been dispatched today, 30 April 2019 and is available on
the company's website https://www.epp-poland.com/s,129,shareholder-circulars.html.
In accordance with Dutch law, the record date for the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 14 May 2019 and the last
day to trade in order to attend and, if applicable, vote at the annual general meeting is Thursday, 9 May 2019.
