Shareholders are advised that the Company's integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 and the notice of annual general meeting, was
dispatched on Tuesday, 9 April 2019, and contains no changes from the summarised audited consolidated
results for the year ended 31 December 2018, which were published on SENS on 25 March 2019.

Notice of annual general meeting

Shareholders are further advised that the Company's annual general meeting will be held at 10:00 on
Thursday, 16 May 2019 at the offices of BDO South Africa Incorporated, 52 Corlett Drive, Wanderers
Office Park, Illovo, 2196, Gauteng. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote
at the annual general meeting is Monday, 6 May 2019 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday,
10 May 2019.

Availability of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment compliance report

Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, KayDav's
annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Act 53 of 2003, read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2003,
has been published and is available on the company's website, www.kaydav.co.za. The link to the annual
