Distribution of SA Corporate’s integrated annual report and details of the annual general
meeting

In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised as follows:

Integrated Annual report

Further to SA Corporate’s preliminary summarised audited consolidated financial results for the
year ended 31 December 2018 published on 5 March 2019, the integrated annual report has
been distributed to shareholders on 29 March 2019 and is available on SA Corporate’s website,
http://www.sacorporatefund.co.za/index.php/investor-relations/results-centre/annual-reports.
There were no changes to the auditor’s report and annual financial statements forming part of
the integrated annual report.

Annual general meeting

Shareholders are advised that the notice of annual general meeting will be posted under
separate cover on or about 25 April 2019. The annual general meeting of SA Corporate will be
held at 11h00 on Tuesday, 28 May 2019 at South Wing, First Floor, Block A, The Forum, North
Bank Lane, Century City, Cape Town to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual
general meeting.

The record date for shareholders to be entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general
meeting is Friday, 17 May 2019.
