Johannesburg, 15 March 2019: In terms of Section 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, Sibanye-Stillwater announces the resignation
and retirement of Barry Davison as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the
Company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for 28 May 2019.
Barry has been an integral part of the Sibanye-Stillwater Board since the
Company’s inception in 2013 and has served as Chairman of the Company’s Health
and Safety Committee since then. Harry Kenyon-Slaney who has vast experience in
health, safety and business transformation programmes will in future Chair the
committee.
The Board extends its profound appreciation to Barry for his invaluable
contribution to the Group and sage advice over the last six years.
