Notification of Transactions by Directors

On 12 March 2019, Vivo Energy plc granted to certain directors nil-cost options (the Awards) over
ordinary shares of the Company (the Shares). The Awards were granted under the 2018 Long Term
Incentive Plan, and will vest subject to performance conditions relating to EPS, ROACE and TSR
growth measured over three financial years between 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021.
Following determination of the extent of satisfaction of performance conditions, the Awards are
subject to a holding period of 2 years, during which period the Awards may not normally be
exercised.
