This was due to the Company having to secure alternative funding following the non-payment of the consideration in terms of a previously announced claw-back offer as advised to shareholders. Shareholders were also advised that the Company was in the process of securing additional funding and that the Board was in the process of evaluating an expression of interest received from two parties to acquire the Stellendale Junction land Shareholders are advised that the suspension of trading of the shares of the Company will be lifted by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) following the publication of the results of the Company for the year ended 28 February 2018, the publication of the interim results announcement for the period ended 28 August 2018 and the posting of the Annual Report for the year ended 28 February 2018 to the shareholders of Visual. As per the announcement published on 7 March 2019, negotiations have been finalised regarding the disposal of the Stellendale Junction land. As a result, the JSE has approved the lifting of the suspension and the Company’s securities will recommence trading with effect from 14 March 2019.
