BALLOT VOTING PROCEDURE IN RESPECT OF THE AMENDMENT OF THE CORESHARES
EQUAL WEIGHT TOP 40 ETF TO THE CORESHARES SCIENTIFIC BETA MULTI FACTOR ETF

Investors are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 18 February 2019, regarding the
ballot voting procedure in respect of the amendment of the CoreShares Equal Weighted Top 40 ETF to
the CoreShares Scientific Beta Multi Factor ETF and are advised that due to Wednesday, 8 May being
declared as National voting day and public holiday in South Africa, the salient dates in respect of the
amendments have been adjusted as set out below:
