Keith is leaving to join one of the Company’s key principals offshore. Mr Dominic Sewela, CEO of Barloworld Limited commented: “We are sorry to see Keith leave Barloworld, however we wish him well in his new endeavours and thank him for his valuable contribution to the business.” Mr. Keith Rankin’s resignation has created an opportunity to consolidate and strengthen the Automotive and Logistics business under the solid stewardship of Mr Kamogelo Mmutlana, the current CEO of Logistics, effective 1 June 2019. Mr Mmutlana is an industrial engineer with 21 years of senior business executive experience in operations and management in varied sectors including Logistics, Automotive, Food Services and other related industries, 18 years of which were in senior and executive management roles with blue chip companies. Mr Dominic Sewela commented: “We are very excited to have Kamo agree to take on this new role and look forward to leveraging his expertise and track record in steering the Automotive and Logistics business forward. Mr Charl Groenewald, the current Chief Financial Officer for Equipment, will join the Barloworld Executive team as Divisional CEO, for Barloworld Logistic Africa, reporting to Mr Mmutlana, effective 1 June 2019. Charl Groenewald, a Chartered Accountant (SA) completed the Caterpillar Executive Development Programme through Duke University in 2015. Charl joined Barloworld in 1995 and remained with Barloworld, holding a variety of strategic sales, rental, marketing and customer support positions gaining significant experience in providing successful fiscal, strategic and operational leadership in challenging situations.
