DISPOSAL OF MMI’S SHAREHOLDING IN METROPOLITAN LIFE SWAZILAND LIMITED

released by Vunani Limited today, 26 February 2019, titled “Acquisition
of a Majority Shareholding in Metropolitan Life Swaziland Limited”.
Full details of the transaction are set out in that announcement.

The disposal of MMI’s shareholding in Metropolitan Life Swaziland, held
through its subsidiary Metropolitan International Holdings Limited,
forms part of MMI’s strategic decision to exit certain markets, in line
with the announcement made as part of the year-end results published in
September 2017.
