AVAILABILITY OF CONDENSED UNAUDITED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2018

The board of directors (the "Board") of the company wishes to inform shareholders of Lighthouse and the general public that
the condensed unaudited consolidated interim financial statements for the three months ended 31 December 2018 have been
published and can be viewed on the company's website (www.lighthousecapital.mu/financials).

UPDATED ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL

Shareholders are referred to the previous announcement published on the website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd
("SEM") and SENS on 18 January 2019 which detailed, inter alia, the cancellation of repurchased shares, and are advised
that as a result of a rounding error with regard to the consolidation of Lighthouse's share capital on a 1 for 20 basis, 
the issued share capital of the company post the cancellation of the repurchased shares is 457 790 136 ordinary shares of 
no par value, and not 457 790 167 ordinary shares as announced previously.

Lighthouse has primary listings on both the Official Market of the SEM and the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange Limited ("JSE").
