Notice is hereby given of the fourth annual general meeting of the company to be held on Thursday, 28 February 2019
at 10:00 Mauritian time (08:00 South African time) at the registered office of the company, C1-401, 4th Floor, La
Croisette, Grand Baie, Mauritius.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
19 February 2019, and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 22 February 2019.

The company has a primary listing on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the Main
