Further to the announcement dated 17 January 2019, in compliance with paragraph 3.75 of the
JSE Listings Requirements, DAWN hereby advises its stakeholders that effective 21 January
2019, SNG Grant Thornton Inc. has accepted the appointment as the Company’s external
auditors, with Alex Philippou as the lead audit partner.
