PARTIAL DELISTING OF ASHBURTON MIDCAP ETF SECURITIES

The JSE Limited has approved the delisting of 5,000,000 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities with effect
from the commencement of business on Tuesday, 4 December 2018, at a redemption price of
approximately R6.92 per security. Subsequent to this delisting there will be 51,000,000 Ashburton
MidCap ETF securities in issue.
