DIRECTOR DECLARATION
In accordance with LR.9.6.14 (2), the Company announces that Mr Danie Meintjes has been appointed
to the boards of Capitec Bank Holdings Limited (“Capitec”) and Capitec Bank Limited (“Capitec Bank”)
as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 28 November 2018. Capitec is a bank controlling company
and is listed on the South African Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) equity market. Capitec Bank,
a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capitec, is listed on the JSE bond market.
