Changes to the Board of Directors


In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Martie Janse van Rensburg has been appointed as independent non-
executive director and chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee and Richard Willis as
non-executive director to the Board of Directors with effect from 12 November 2018 and 13
November 2018, respectively.

Martie is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of SAICA and the Institute of
Directors (IOD). She serves in various capacities on various boards, and is, amongst
others, the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors
(IRBA), the Chairman of the Audit and Risk committee of Sephaku Holdings Ltd and
Chairman of the Board Infrastructure and Knowledge Management Committee of the
Development Bank of Southern Africa.

Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is the Chief Operating Officer of Clive
Douglas Investments (Pty) Limited. He is also an independent non-executive director of
Alaris Holdings Ltd, where he serves as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk and Social &
Ethics committees.
