NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, PUBLICATION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Tiso Blackstar announces that the Company’s annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at its
registered office at Berkeley Square House, Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London, United Kingdom
W1J 6BD, on Monday, 3 December 2018 at 10:00 am GMT (12:00 pm SAST) to transact the business
as stated in the notice of AGM (“Notice”), as distributed to Tiso Blackstar shareholders
(“Shareholders”) today. A copy of the Notice is available on the Company’s website
(www.tisoblackstar.com/tbg/investors/publications/).

Tiso Blackstar further announces that its integrated annual report, which includes the consolidated
annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2018 (“Annual Financial
Statements”),          is        available         on        the        Company’s          website
(www.tisoblackstar.com/tbg/investors/publications/).

The Annual Financial Statements and the auditor’s report thereon contain no modifications to the
audited provisional summarised consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018,
published on SENS on Thursday, 27 September 2018, or the auditors report thereon.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to attend
and vote at the AGM is Friday, 23 November 2018, with the last day to trade being Tuesday,
20 November 2018.
