No Change Statement, Consolidated Annual Financial Statements
and Integrated Report

Shareholders are hereby advised that the notice of annual
general meeting and the summarised consolidated financial
results for the year ended 30 June 2018, were distributed to
shareholders of Rolfes on Monday, 29 October 2018. The audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 were
made available on the company website, hosted at
www.rolfesza.com on 17 September 2018 and contained no
modifications to the summarised consolidated financial results
for the year ended 30 June 2018, published on SENS on 17
September 2018.

The notice of annual general meeting is available on the company
website from Monday,29 October 2018, along with the audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018. The
integrated annual report will be made available on the company
website on Wednesday, 31 October 2018.

Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given to the shareholders of Rolfes as at
Friday, 19 October 2018, being the record date to receive notice
of the annual general meeting in terms of section 59(1)(a)of the
Companies Act, that the annual general meeting of Rolfes’
shareholders will be held at 08h00 on Tuesday, 27 November 2018
at First Floor, The Oval West, Wanderers Office Park, Illovo,
2196 to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting posted to shareholders, which meeting is
to be participated in and voted at by shareholders registered
as such on the record date, Friday, 16 November 2018.
Accordingly, the last day to trade is Tuesday, 13 November 2018.
