Mr Mboweni was also the chairman of the Nominations Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. The Board of directors thank Mr Mboweni for his dedication and valuable contribution during his tenure as Chairman of the Board since 2010 and wish him well in his new role as the Minister of Finance.
