CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Amanda Dambuza has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director of Redefine, with effect from 2 November 2018.

Amanda, a Wits University and Duke Corporate Education graduate and a certified PMP(R), PRINCE2(R),
AGILE and ITILL practitioner, is the chief executive officer of consulting firm Uyandiswa Project Management
Services (Proprietary) Limited, a 100% black women owned organisation which she founded five years ago.
Amanda has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, where she held various senior
positions particularly within the banking sector. Her wealth of experience within the technology and
information governance arenas is a crucial match for Redefine, deepens the board's skills base and enhances
its multi-disciplinary knowledge.

Amanda is currently a non-executive director of MAC Consulting and of the NPO Donate-A-Piece, a founder
and non-executive director of CloudLeap Technologies, an executive director of Modus Holdings, USWAYA
Investment Holdings and Leadership Development Strategies. She is also a non-executive director and
member of the IT & Social and Ethics Committee of Grindrod Bank and Dynamic Visual Technologies.

The board of directors of Redefine welcomes Amanda and looks forward to her contribution to the company.
