RESULTS OF THE ODD-LOT OFFER
Unless otherwise indicated, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall bear
the same meanings ascribed thereto in Annexure 1 in the Integrated Annual Report.
Shareholders are referred to Annexure 1 in the Integrated Annual Report posted on 29 June 2018,
and the SENS announcement dated 04 July and 28 August 2018, relating to the Odd-lot Offer.
The Odd-lot Offer closed at 12h00 on Friday, 07 September 2018 and the results thereof are as
follows:

*Odd-lot Holders who did not make an election were automatically regarded as having sold their Odd-
lot Holdings to the Company.
The shares acquired by Novus Holdings in terms of the Odd-lot Offer will be cancelled and accordingly
the number of Novus Holdings Shares in issue will decrease by 676 106 to 346 656 348 Novus Holdings
Shares.
