DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Omnia has received notification in
terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act that Coronation Asset Management, on behalf of Coronation
Group, on behalf of its clients, has disposed of a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of Omnia, such that
the total interest in the ordinary shares of Omnia held by Coronation Asset Management amounts to 4.3% of the
total issued ordinary shares of Omnia.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Omnia has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
