RETIREMENT OF A DIRECTOR


The board of directors of Wilderness (“the Board”) announces that Mr Parks Tafa has, in
accordance with the Company’s constitution, retired as a director by rotation with effect
from 30 August 2018.

Parks Tafa has served on the Board since the Company’s listing in 2010. He has also served
as Chairman of the Board since 2013. The Board thanks Mr Tafa for his leadership and
counsel over this extended period and wishes him everything of the best for the future.

The Company’s primary listing is on the Botswana Stock Exchange and its secondary
listing is on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
