MURRAY & ROBERTS AWARDED R3,6 BILLION IN NEW UNDERGROUND MINING
PROJECTS

Murray & Roberts is pleased to announce the awards of new underground mining projects
to the total value of R3,6 billion.

These awards follow the Group’s annual results announcement on 29 August 2018, where
the Underground Mining platform reported, as at 30 June 2018, an order book of R22,1
billion (30 June 2017: R17,5 billion).

These awards include:

   -   The Pumpkin Hollow underground project in Nevada for Nevada Copper Corp,
       where the scope of work will include shaft sinking and underground mine
       development work, and
   -   A shaft sinking project on a copper mine in South Africa.

These projects will be delivered over a period of up to three years.
