UPDATE TO THE UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2018


Shareholders are referred to NEPI Rockcastle's Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Results for the
Six Months Ended 30 June 2018, published on SENS and Euronext Amsterdam on 29 August 2018, and are
advised that, pursuant to Article 5:25d(2)(c) as well as Article 5:25d, Subsections (8) and (9) of the Dutch
Financial Supervision Act, the Board of Directors confirm that the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated
Financial Statements give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Group for the six months ended
30 June 2018 as well as the comparative periods presented.
