In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Maliga Chetty has resigned
as the Company Secretary with effect from 30 September 2018.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Maliga for her
valuable contribution over the past eight years.

The Company will commence a process of identifying a suitable replacement
and shareholders will be updated accordingly.
