Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 21 August, redeemed 300 000 AfricaPalladium
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 2,947.422 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 20 900 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 214,314.388 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
