TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Sandown Capital has received notification from:
- Peregrine Equities Proprietary Limited ("Peregrine Equities"), of a disposal by Peregrine Equities (on
behalf of its clients) of Sandown Capital shares such that Peregrine Equities' (on behalf of its clients)
total beneficial interest is now 4.02% of Sandown Capital's total issued ordinary shares; and
- Hampden Capital Proprietary Limited ("Hampden Capital"), of an acquisition by Hampden Capital of
Sandown Capital shares such that Hampden Capital's total beneficial interest is now 11.06% of
Sandown Capital's total issued ordinary shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Sandown Capital has filed the required
notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
