NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC
EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that a publication containing the summarised consolidated results of the Company for
the year ended 31 March 2018 and the notice of annual general meeting, has been dispatched. The Company's
integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2018 (on which the auditors expressed an unmodified opinion), is available on the company's
website – https://www.peregrine.co.za/Report/2018 and contains no changes from the reviewed provisional
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2018 which were released on SENS on 13 June 2018.
The annual general meeting will be held at 10h00 on Thursday, 6 September 2018 in the main boardroom,
4th floor, 6A Sandown Valley Crescent, Sandown, Sandton.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
28 August 2018 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 31 August 2018.
Shareholders are further notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of
2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, is available on
the Company’s website – https://www.peregrine.co.za/Content/Transformation.
