DIRECTOR RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF THE COMPANY

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Shareholders are hereby informed that Mr. Indresen Pillay has resigned from the board of
the company with effect from 31 July 2018. 

Mr. Pillay resigned because he will no longer be representing Anglo American Platinum, 
the shareholder whose interest he represented on the board.

The board would like to thank Mr. Pillay for his valuable contribution on the board and wishes
him well in all future endeavors.
