DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN THE HOLDING OF MONTAUK SHARES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of
2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Montauk shareholders are advised that it received
formal notification on 29 June 2018 that Axxion S.A. had increased
its beneficial interest held in the securities of Montauk to 5,58%
on 12 April 2018 through the purchase of ordinary shares in the
Company.
