GENERAL MEETING AND NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF B-BBEE COMPLIANCE REPORT
1. NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Invicta’s 2018 Integrated Annual Report, together with the Audited
Annual Consolidated Financial Statements and the Notice of AGM will be available on the Company’s
website http://www.invictaholdings.co.za from Friday, 29 June 2018. Copies of the documents are
also available on request from the company secretary. The summarised financial statements and
notice of annual general meeting will be posted today, 29 June 2018, to those shareholders who
have not elected to receive electronic communication.
There are no changes to any financial information or the auditors’ report from the Preliminary
Audited Summarised Consolidated Results for the year ended 31 March 2018, which was released on
SENS on 18 June 2018. The annual financial statements were audited by the Company`s auditors,
Deloitte & Touche. A copy of their unmodified audit report is available for inspection at the
Company`s registered office.
2. NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 3rd Floor, Pepkor House, 36 Stellenberg
Road, Parow Industria, Cape Town, on Thursday, 6 September 2018 at 10:00.
The record date used to determine which shareholders are entitled to participate and vote at the
AGM is Friday, 31 August 2018, with the last date to trade being Tuesday, 28 August 2018.
3. NOTICE OF AVAIALBILITY OF B-BBEE COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms of section 13(G)(2)
of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, as amended, is available on the
Company’s website http://www.invictaholdings.co.za.
