AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT

Integrated Annual Report

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report for the year ended 28 February
2018 has been published on its website, www.long4life.co.za. The integrated annual report contains
no modifications to the audited provisional summarised financial results published on SENS on 9 May
2018 or the independent external auditors opinion in respect thereof. The annual financial statements
were audited by Deloitte & Touche and their unmodified audit report is available for inspection at the
Company’s registered office.

The financial statements and notice of annual general meeting will be distributed to shareholders in
due course.

B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report

In compliance with paragraph 16.21(g) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Long4Life’s annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based
Black Economic Empowerment (“B-BBEE”) Act has been submitted to the B-BBEE Commission and is
available on the Company’s website.
