In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised as follows:

No change statement

Further to Acsion’s summarised audited provisional consolidated results for the year ended 28 February
2018, published on SENS on 30 May 2018 (the “Published Financial Information”), the integrated report
for the year ended 28 February 2018 and notice of annual general meeting was dispatched to
shareholders on 29 June 2018. The integrated report and auditor’s report contain no changes to the
Published Financial Information.

The integrated report, together with the notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy, is also
available on the Company’s website (www.acsionsa.co.za).

Annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of Acsion shareholders will be held at 9:00am on 31 July 2018 at the Acsion
Offices, 1st Floor, Mall@Reds, Cnr Rooihuiskraal and Hendrik Verwoerd Drives, Rooihuiskraal ext. 15,
Centurion, to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the
integrated report.

The record date in terms of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, for shareholders to be recorded on the
securities register of the Company in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the annual
general meeting is Friday, 20 July 2018.

Annual compliance certificate

Shareholders are further advised that the Company’s annual compliance certificate in terms of section
13G(2) of the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, No 46 of 2013, is available
on the Company’s website at http://acsionsa.co.za/.
