APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 4 May 2018, wherein shareholders were
advised that the Company had extended the term of appointment of Ms Ashley Eaton (“Ashley”) as acting
company secretary for a further period of up to three months to 31 July 2018.

Shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Michelle Nana (“Michelle”) has been appointed as Group Company
Secretary of the Company with effect from 2 July 2018.

Michelle holds a BA in Industrial Psychology and Sociology and is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
She is a fellow member of the South African Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, an IoDSA
Certified Director, and has over 13 years’ industry experience as a director and company secretary on the boards
of JSE listed companies.

The Board would like to thank Ashley for her contribution as Acting Company Secretary. The Board welcomes
Michelle to her new role and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
