DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY ASSOCIATES OF A DIRECTOR OF EQUITES


Shareholders are advised that on 13 June 2018, Chiluan Holdings Proprietary Limited (“Chiluan”), 
sold 1 300 000 Equites shares at a price of R19.00 per share, (with a total value of R24 700 00.00) 
to Zambia Flowers Export Limited (“Zambia Flowers”). Both Chiluan and Zambia Flowers are associates of
Andrea Taverna-Turisan, a director of Equites. Following these transactions, Andrea’s indirect beneficial
interest in the 1 300 000 Equites shares remains unchanged. The transaction was conducted on-market as
a block trade and clearance to deal was obtained.
