PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATES TO THE BASE PROSPECTUSES IN RESPECT OF NOTES,
WARRANTS AND CERTIFICATES IN RELATION TO THE NOTE, WARRANT AND
CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME

Holders are advised that the Issuers have published new Base Prospectuses
updating the Base Prospectus in respect of Notes, the Base Prospectus
in respect of Warrants and the Base Prospectus in respect of
Certificates, all dated 5 June 2018 (the “Updated Prospectuses”), which
include amendments to the form of the relevant guarantees that may apply
to securities. The Updated Prospectuses are incorporated by reference
into the JSE Placement Document.

Holders are further advised that the Terms and Conditions in the Updated
Prospectuses will apply to all future securities issued under such
Updated Prospectuses and all securities issued under previous Base
Prospectuses will be regulated by the Terms and Conditions of such
previous Base Prospectuses.
