RBPLAT BOARD SUB-COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

Pursuant to the RBPlat board of directors (Board) review of its committee memberships, the Board wishes to
announce, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the following changes to its Social
and Ethics Committee membership:

Social and Ethics Committee Membership:

Messrs Phetwe and Ledger who were appointed as directors on 27 February 2018 have been appointed to the
Social and Ethics Committee. The committee is now constituted as follows:

  Mr Mike Rogers                           Independent Non-Executive Director and Committee Chairman
  Mr Peter Ledger                          Independent Non-Executive Director
  Ms Thoko Mokgosi-Mwantembe               Independent Non-Executive Director
  Mr David Wilson                          Non-Executive Director
  Mr Obakeng Phetwe                        Non-Executive Director

Mr Ledger will also serve on the Adhoc Technical Committee along with Mr Rogers.

The Board of RBPlat endorses the above appointments and looks forward to the valuable contributions of the
newly appointed members.
