CHANGES TO THE GROUP’S AUSTRALIAN OPERATIONS AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF WHL

Shareholders are advised of the following changes to the organisational structure of the Group’s
Australian operations.

Following a strategic cost review, the Group has taken the decision to simplify its Australian
regional leadership structure. The role of Regional Chief Executive Officer has been
discontinued and consequently John Dixon will leave the Group. Given this, John has resigned
as an executive director of WHL with effect from 21 May 2018. We would like to thank John for
his stewardship of the business over the last two and a half years and wish him every success
for the future.

The chief executives of the Group’s two Australian operating divisions David Thomas, CEO:
David Jones and Scott Fyfe, CEO: Country Road Group will report directly to Ian Moir, the
Group Chief Executive Officer.
