DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SOL SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
SASOL LIMITED (SOL) shares, the holders of SOLSTO share instalments will receive
a SASOL LIMITED (SOL) dividend per Instalment.

Gross Dividend 500 cents
Dividend Withholding Tax Rate 20%
Net Dividend 400 cents

Ex-dividend Date Wednesday, 14/03/2018
