CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Advocate
Dr. Ngoako Ramatlhodi has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director to the board of AEEI with effect 7 March 2018.

Advocate Dr. Ramatlhodi holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence,
Bachelor of Law, Master of Science in International Relations and
was admitted as an Advocate to the Bar of Lesotho in 1997 and the
admitted to the Bar of South Africa in 2009. He was awarded an
Honorary Doctor of Law Degree by the University of Limpopo.
Advocate Ramatlhodi has years of business experience.

The board welcomes the appointment of Advocate Dr. Ramatlhodi
and looks forward to his contribution.
