Update on the completion of the acquisition of 3G Mobile Proprietary Limited (“3G”)



Blue Label shareholders are referred to the announcements released by the Company on the Stock Exchange News Service
of the JSE Limited on 27 June 2017, 7 August 2017 and 26 February 2018.


Blue Label is pleased to advise shareholders that it has today fully discharged the R1.9 billion 3G purchase consideration and is now the
owner of 100% of 3G.
