NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITORS

Following recommendation from the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors by way of
Resolution passed on 29 January 2018 hereby advice shareholders that the Company will be
adopting accepted corporate governance principles with regard to rotation of external auditors.

Accordingly, PricewaterhouseCoopers has been appointed as external auditor to the Company,
with Rudi Binedell acting as the designated audit partner for the 2018 financial year ending 30 June
2018. PricewaterhouseCoopers replaces KPMG, who has served as the external auditor of the
Company for ten years, reaching the board’s agreed rotation period.

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is convened on Monday, the 26th February 2018,
for passing of an ordinary resolution appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company’s new
auditors, for the 2018 financial year ending 30 June 2018. Subject to approval of resolution, date
of appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company’s new auditor shall be 26 February
2018.
