ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS

Further to the results of annual general meeting announcement released
on the Stock Exchange News Service on 29 November 2017, Clover now
invites those shareholders who voted against the remuneration policy and
the implementation of the remuneration policy at the annual general
meeting on 28 November 2017 (“dissenting shareholders”) to engage with
the Company as follows:

  1. a telephone conference has been arranged for Monday, 11 December
     2017 from 16h00 to 17h00 (SA time);

  2. all dissenting shareholders to confirm their participation to the
     company secretary by e-mail at cosec@clover.co.za by no later than
     close of business on Friday, 8 December 2017. Dial-in details for
     the telephone conference will then be provided; and

  3. dissenting shareholders are further invited to forward their
     concerns/questions   on   the   remuneration   policy  and   the
     implementation thereof to the company secretary in writing by e-
     mail at cosec@clover.co.za by close of business on Friday, 8
     December 2017.
