RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements issued by the Company, the
latest of which was dated 21 June 2017.

The JSE will make an announcement regarding the termination of the listing before the end of August
2017.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
