PROPOSED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON NASPERS LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES (“NPNIHF”)


With reference to the proposed dividend announcement, the directors of Naspers Limited have recommended a
dividend of 580 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 18 September 2017 to ordinary shareholders recorded
in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 15 September 2017.

In terms of the new Dividend Tax effective 22 February 2017, the following additional information is disclosed:

1)   local dividend tax rate is 20%;
2)   net local dividend amount is proposed to be 464.00 cents per share for shareholders liable to pay the new
     Dividends Tax and 580 cents per share for shareholders exempt from paying the new Dividends Tax; and
3)   the issued share capital of Naspers Limited is 438,265,253 ordinary shares.

Accordingly, the holders of NPNIHF should receive a Naspers Limited dividend amount per ordinary share payable on
Monday, 18 September 2017 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and
Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade (“cum” the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Tuesday, 12 September 2017.

NPNIHF Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading “ex” the dividend from the commencement of
business on Wednesday, 13 September 2017 and the record date will be Friday, 15 September 2017.
