APPROVAL BY THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF MAURITIUS LTD FOR THE FURTHER ISSUE OF ROCKCASTLE SHARES
This announcement is not an invitation to the public to subscribe for shares in the Company and is provided
for information purposes only.
The Board of Directors of Rockcastle, which has primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock
Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and the Main Board of the JSE Limited, wishes to announce that on
9 June 2017, the Listing Executive Committee of the SEM has approved the further issue and listing of up to
600 000 000 ordinary shares of the Company on the Official Market of the SEM. Such approval is a SEM
regulatory requirement and provides the Company with the right to issue up to 600 000 000 ordinary shares,
if required in terms of the proposed merger of New Europe Property Investments Plc and Rockcastle.
As required by the Listing Rules of the SEM, the Listing Particulars of the Company dated 9 June 2017, will
be made available for inspection for at least 10 business days, during normal office hours (from 9 a.m. to
5 p.m. Mauritian time) at the registered office of the Company which is situated at c/o Intercontinental Trust
Limited, Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius as from 12 June 2017.
