FINAL LIQUIDATION OF SUBSIDIARIES

Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 31 January 2017. Trevor Glaum, the
Business Rescue Practitioner, would like to inform shareholders that the following order was
granted by the High Court of South Africa (Western Cape Division, Cape Town) on 6
February 2017 against RBA Developments (JHB) Proprietary Limited (In business rescue)
and against RBA Building Projects Proprietary Limited (In business rescue) (“the
Respondents”) respectively:
1. that the Respondents’ business rescue proceedings be discontinued and converted into
   liquidation proceedings;
2. that the Respondents be placed in final liquidation;
3. that the Master of the Court be directed to appoint provisional liquidators on an urgent
   basis;
4. that the costs of the application are to be treated as costs in the winding-up of the
   Respondents.
